A fully immersive, virtual tour through the history of Industry!
Officially launched at the end of 2020, the CONFIRM i4 Experience is housed at the CONFIRM HQ in Limerick, Ireland in our state of the art, 360-degree Virtual Reality Cave.
The aim of i4 Experience (short for Industry 4.0) is to contextualise the technologies and concepts associated with Smart Manufacturing and the 4th Industrial Revolution against the 3 industrial revolutions before it.
As part of the i4 Experience, visitors get a tour of our state of the art research facility, experience immersive content in the VR cave and can participate in a workshop or information session lead by a team of CONFIRM researchers.
The i4 Experience would be ideal for Primary or Secondary school pupils, teachers, visitors from industry or virtually any group who is interested in learning more about modern manufacturing.
